Account Setup Fees – All domain name hosting accounts are charged a one-time $50 setup fee. All setup fees are non-refundable. *** Special Offer *** All existing domain names that are transferred to our servers upon signup will not be charged the account setup fee.
Automatic Renewal – Accounts are billed on an annual basis. Therefore, the credit card on file will be charged automatically, unless the account is canceled prior to the renewal date.
Billing Disputes – If you would like to dispute a charge on your credit card statement, you may contact our billing department by faxing a copy of your credit card statement to (972) 490-0616 to the attention of the Billing Dispute Department. Please include your customer ID number, your reason for dispute and a phone number or email address of where you can be reached in the fax. A customer service representative will contact you shortly after reviewing the account.
Cancellations – To qualify for the “30 day Money Back Guarantee”, the domain name must be cancelled within 30 days of the original signup date to be eligible for a full refund of the hosting fees. Any domain name that is cancelled after the 30 days will receive a prorated refund. Please note that all setup fees are non-refundable.
If the hosting of a domain name that is charged at full price is cancelled, another domain name must be chosen to be billed at the full price rate under that specific plan.
In order to cancel the hosting of a domain name, please open a sales/billing ticket to request cancellation of your domain name. https://secure.macomp.com/cp/v4/appMAcustomerlogin.cfm. Your account may be billed a pro-rated amount to cover any hosting fees accumulated up to the cancellation date. Please note: Cancellations cannot be taken over the phone.
Domain names registered through M&A Technology, Inc. – If the domain name was registered by our company when the hosting account was signed up, a $10 cancellation fee will apply to all domain names that are cancelled within the renewal hosting year. For example, if the domain name is registered for another year of hosting and the renewal process has been completed for the year, all customers who cancel the domain name before the renewal date for the next year will be charged a $10 cancellation fee. If the domain name is cancelled at the end of the hosting term, but before the domain name registration is renewed for an additional year, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Changing Ownership of Billing Account – Customers may change the ownership of the billing contact information as needed if they are currently listed as the billing contact on the account. If the billing contact name on the account is no longer valid, please follow these steps provided below…
1. Fax a request to change the ownership of the billing account to our Billing Department at (972) 490-0616. If a company is listed in the contact information, please provide this request on company letterhead. In your request, please include the following information:
a. List the customer account number and all of the domain names hosted on this account.
b. State the current contact name and the reason for changing the ownership of the billing account.
c. State the new contact name you would like the account changed to.
d. List the new contact’s billing address, telephone number, email address and credit card information. (The updated billing address should match the billing address for the new credit card.)
If you do not wish to include the credit card information in your fax, you may update the credit card number, once the new contact information has been updated in our billing system, by contacting our billing department at 877-387-6771 option #3 or by using our online control panel at http://controlpanel.M&A Technology, Inc..com.
Domain Pointer Fees – Each domain pointer is charged a one-time setup fee. If the domain name is already registered, a one-time $25 setup fee will be charged to the account. If the domain name is a brand new registration, a one-time $50 setup fee will be charged to the account. If you would like to have email accounts setup under the domain pointer, a yearly fee of $25 will be charged to the account. Please note that the setup fee and the yearly fee for email services are non-refundable.
Late Fees–All web hosting accounts 7 days past due will have a $10.00 late fee applied to the account.
Notifications – All notifications are sent to the email address on file. To ensure receipt of notifications, please keep an updated email address on file.
Reseller Accounts – Customers will receive a 50% discount on hosting fees for each domain name that is signed up after the first domain name has been signed up under a plan at full price. If the domain name that is charged at full price is cancelled, another domain name must be chosen to be billed at the full price rate.
Subdomain Setup Fees – Each subdomain is charged a one-time $25 setup fee. Please note that all setup fees are non-refundable.
SQL Account Fees – Each SQL account is charged a $25 yearly fee. This yearly fee is non-refundable.
Update Credit Card Information – In order to update the credit card information in a billing account, the request must be made by the billing contact on the account or an alternate contact listed under the account. Customers may update their credit card information through our online control panel at http://controlpanel.M&A Technology, Inc..com or by calling our billing department at 877-387-6771. Please have your account information available for verification.
Please Note: Your default credit card is the main credit card on file. An updated credit card becomes your default credit card on your account. All renewal payments will be charged to your default credit card.
Wire Transfers – A one-time $15 non-refundable fee is charged for each payment made by a wire transfer. Please contact the billing department with the information of the wire transfer to ensure the payment is received and applied to the account correctly.
