1. Each anniversary year, you will be charged for your hosting services.
Please note: All accounts are billed
on an annual basis at the time of expiration. Your account
with M&A Technology, Inc. will be automatically renewed
and the credit card we have on file will be charged again.
If you do not wish for your domain to be renewed you
must cancel before the renewal date.
2. There is a one-time $50 account setup fee for each
domain name you sign-up.

No Setup Fees on Domain Names Transferred from another
hosting company or domain registrar. Signup a domain
that is already registered and we'll waive the one-time
$50 account setup fee on that domain name's webhosting.

3. All setup fees are non-refundable.
4. Free Domain Name Registration - You heard it right!
We're going to pay your domain name registration fees as long
as you're a customer of M&A Technology, Inc. You're probably saying, "What's the Catch?".
Here's the catch:
a. The domain must not be registered anywhere. It MUST
be a new domain registration.
b. The domain has to be a .com, .net, or .org domain.
c. You don't have to pay the $35/year fee. We pay the
fee for you, as long as the domain name is hosted on our servers
and your balance is current.
d. You own the domain name.
You're now saying, "How can you do that?" Due to the large number
of registrations we process, we have partnered with a major Registrar
to offer you this un-heard of deal.
5. All transactions are recorded with your IP address/date/time.
If you plan on using a fraudulent credit card, we will prosecute.
6. It is against M&A Technology, Inc. policy to for customers
to upload copyrighted MP3s or adult content on our servers. If
you violate this term of service your site will be deleted with
no warning and no refund will be given.
All setup fees are non-refundable. |
